Fixed monthly plans · WordPress · WooCommerce · LMS · Membership · Booking

Your WordPress site, kept updated and secure, and the things on your list actually built.

Maintenance companies update your plugins. We do that too, then build the features, integrations and fixes you’ve been putting off. We build through our own AI-assisted pipeline, so your changes reach your site sooner, and a senior developer checks, tests and releases every one. WooCommerce, LearnDash, MemberPress, bookings, directories, custom plugins: if it runs on WordPress and does a job, we look after it. One fixed monthly price, no hourly billing.

Foundation, to startfrom £795 one-off
Then Carefrom £149 a month
or Buildfrom £395 a month
or Growthfrom £795 a month

Every new site starts with Foundation, then moves onto a monthly plan (Care-only clients have a setup from £295 instead). We look over your setup before we quote, so you’ll know your exact price before you pay anything. You get one fixed price, and it doesn’t change. Your code stays in a GitHub repository you own. All prices + VAT.

The SKU pipeline

How a change gets to your store

  1. You askPlain English, in Slack or the request form. We agree what “done” looks like. You
  2. We build itWe build the change in our own development environment using the SKU pipeline, the AI-assisted system we already run for our existing clients, steered by a senior developer. None of your customer data is copied into it.SKU Digital
  3. We review itWe check every line, correct anything that isn’t right, and test it against your actual setup.Senior dev · the gate
  4. Staging, configuredDeployed to your staging site and set up properly (API keys, settings, indexing, attributes), so you test the real thing, not just the code. You approve
  5. Live, with rollbackReleased, configured the same way on production, and checked end to end. Anything wrong? Rolled back.SKU Digital

The SKU pipeline is ours: the checks, the staging, the rollback and knowing what to look for. AI is one part of it. A task is finished when it works on your live site, not when the code is written. If something we’ve approved breaks, we fix it at no extra charge, rather than leaving you to chase us. Changes made outside our process, such as live edits or another developer’s work, we’ll look at and quote before we start.

Modern tools, senior judgement

Built with modern tools. Checked by a senior developer.

We build with AI coding tools inside the SKU pipeline, our own system for Magento and WordPress. Your changes go live sooner, and a fixed monthly price can include real development. The tools are half the job. The half that decides whether a change is right is done by a person.

What the SKU pipeline speeds up

  • Reading your store’s code and config before a change
  • Getting to a first working version
  • Drafting tests and documentation
  • Spotting what a change might affect

What a senior developer does, every time

  • Agrees with you what “done” looks like
  • Reviews every line and corrects what isn’t right
  • Tests on your staging site and configures it properly
  • Releases in an agreed window, with a rollback ready
  • Answers when something breaks

WordPress that does a job

We look after sites that sell, teach, book and gate content, not just brochures. WooCommerce stores and subscriptions. LearnDash, Tutor LMS and LifterLMS course sites. MemberPress and Paid Memberships Pro. Amelia and Bookly booking sites. Directories, multilingual sites on WPML or Polylang, Elementor and Bricks builds, and custom plugins someone wrote years ago and nobody understands.

Three monthly plans. Pick how much you want done.

Every plan keeps the site updated, backed up and watched. The higher plans add reviewed, released development on top: the bit maintenance-only services don’t do. Every new site starts with Foundation, the one-off setup below, so we’re not deploying blind. It’s from £795, or a setup from £295 if you’re joining Care.

Prices shown are for a straightforward site. Before we quote, we look over your setup: plugins, theme, custom code and integrations. Then you get one fixed monthly price, agreed before anything starts. Plans are monthly rolling with one month’s notice, with no 12-month lock-in. Prices cover one site. Optional: UK hosting on our own servers, managed by us, +£45 + VAT a month.

A task is one self-contained change, like a new landing page or a plugin swapped for a better one. Bigger requests count as two or three. What counts as a task

Every new site starts here, before its monthly plan:

Step one

Foundation

One-off setup and a plain-English audit, plus 6 development tasks cleared in the first 30 days. It isn’t us learning your site at your expense: the audit, the repository and the release pipeline stay yours, even if you leave.

From £795 + VAT

one-off · paid up front · Care-only clients: setup from £295 (staging, backups, monitoring, no development)

Included

  • A staging site for your reviews, a development copy on our side with no customer data, and daily backups set up and tested
  • Code in a GitHub repo you own, with a deployment pipeline and rollback
  • Health audit: plugin bloat, security, speed, what’s urgent
  • 6 development tasks, agreed before we start
  • Handover session and written workflow

Bigger jobs are quoted separately, at a fixed price agreed before we start: theme rebuilds and migrations, integrations and custom features, hacked sites and bad hosts, and second-opinion audits of another agency’s work.

Where your budget goes

More of your budget goes into your store.

Budgets are tight for most UK businesses right now. You shouldn’t be paying for layers you never see.

No agency overheads

No account managers, sales team or big office in your price. You pay for senior development, not the layers around it.

You talk to the person doing the work

No briefing an account manager who briefs a junior. You speak to the senior developer who knows your store.

One fixed monthly price

No hourly billing and no surprise invoices. You know what the year costs before it starts.

Quoted before we start

Bigger jobs get a fixed price agreed first. If something turns out bigger, we stop and ask before it costs you more.

Our mistakes are on us

If a change we released breaks, we roll it back and fix it at no extra charge.

No lock-in, no exit fee

Monthly rolling, one month’s notice, and the code lives in a repository you own.

Who you’ll work with

SKU Digital is led by Qaiser Bashir, an Adobe-certified developer based in Milton Keynes, who has built with PHP and WordPress for 14 years. Every site is looked after by a senior developer who scopes your work, reviews every change before it goes live, and answers when something breaks. Here’s what some of the site owners we work with say.

WooCommerce WordPress

I found Qaiser online and he responded very quickly. I was very impressed at how quickly he resolved our issue where other developers had told us they could not fix the problem and that I would have to buy a whole new theme for my website and weeks of work to change the theme. I am so grateful to Qaiser and how lucky I was to find him and will use him all the time from now on.

Lisa Scurry Director, Fires of London Ltd
WordPress

Working with Qaiser for a number of years I have found him to be a great asset to our team. He has a vast knowledge of website design and system building. He always works hard and met deadlines when set. Clearly explaining what he was doing and going to achieve was another great skill he demonstrated on all projects. Without Qaisers hard work out website and order management system wouldn't be what it is today, and I would highly recommend him and hope you have him working with us again in the future.

What happens every month, without you asking

Most stores don’t go down because of a bad change. They go down because nobody was watching. This is the watching, and it’s in every plan.

Every day and week

  • Uptime monitored around the clockAlerts come straight to us. Out of hours it isn’t a promise, but if we’re available we’ll help.
  • Security advisory checkWordPress core and plugin vulnerability feeds
  • SSL, DNS, cron jobs and disk space

Every month

  • Core and plugin updatesTested on staging first; anything that breaks is rolled back and flagged
  • Security and hardening checkVulnerable plugins, admin users, login protection
  • Search Console reviewedCrawl errors, coverage drops, Core Web Vitals, manual actions
  • Error logs and 404s reviewedPHP errors, failed crons, payment and shipping errors

  • Plugin licence renewals flagged

Every quarter

  • Database health and cleanupPost revisions, transients and log tables

1stof month

You get one page, every month

Patches applied, plugins updated, Search Console status, speed against last month, tasks shipped, what’s queued, and one recommendation. So you always know what quietly didn’t go wrong.

Support, in plain terms

Clear hours and honest targets rather than a promise we can’t keep.

Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:00 UK time, excluding England and Wales bank holidays. Planned leave and release windows agreed in advance.

Next working day

Every request gets a reply that says what happens next. A reply isn’t a promise it’s finished that day.

Sales blocked?Same day

Site down or customers can’t buy: triage starts the same working day if reported before 2pm. Slow features and campaign requests aren’t emergencies.

Out of hours isn’t a promise, but if we’re available we’ll help: we’ve helped clients at weekends before. The uptime monitor runs around the clock and alerts come to us. If you need guaranteed 24/7 cover, we’re not the right fit and we’ll say so.

Questions owners actually ask

Why do the prices say “from”?

Two WordPress sites with the same traffic can need very different amounts of work. One with sixty plugins, a page builder, custom checkout code and a CRM connection takes far longer to update, test and fix than a lean site.So before we quote, we look over your setup (the plugin list, theme, custom code and integrations) at no cost.A straightforward site pays the price shown; a more complex one might pay £495 a month rather than £395. Either way, you’ll know your exact price before you pay anything, and it doesn’t creep up afterwards. The quote reflects your plugins, theme, custom code and integrations. It only changes if the site changes a lot, for example a new integration or a membership area, and we’d agree that with you first.

What counts as a development task?

One self-contained change you can describe in a sentence or two, that we can build, test and release on its own. For example: a landing page, a plugin swapped for a better one, a checkout or shipping rule change, a bug that keeps coming back, a form that never worked, or a simple custom plugin. Not content edits (those are covered under Care), but actual code, tested and deployed. Some requests are bigger, such as a feature that touches several parts of the site. We’ll tell you before we start and count it as two or three tasks, or quote it separately if you’d rather keep your allowance. What isn’t a task: work that needs rounds of back-and-forth to get right and runs over days or weeks. That means complex custom plugins, integrations that need testing with another system or supplier, redesigns and speed optimisation projects. Those are scoped and quoted at a fixed price, agreed before we start.Unused tasks don’t roll over. If we’re the reason a ready request didn’t ship, it carries into next month at no cost.

What’s fixed within the plan, and what does “no hourly billing” mean?

On every plan, critical issues are fixed within the plan: anything that stops customers buying or signing up, or puts the site’s security at risk, such as the site being down, checkout failing, payment errors or a hack. We drop everything and fix it, without billing hours or using up your tasks. The one condition is that the site has passed Foundation and any remediation we flagged has been done, because we can’t underwrite a site we’ve told you is at risk.On Care, routine problems the checks or logs throw up, such as a failing cron, a plugin conflict or a 500 on a page, are fixed using up to 1 hour a month. Bigger problems that aren’t emergencies get a fixed-price quote, and nothing’s started without your say-so. Unused time doesn’t roll over.

Will plugins always be on the latest version?

Minor and security updates, yes, after a staging check. Major plugin versions that change how a feature works, such as a new WooCommerce blocks checkout or a page builder rewrite, need proper testing and are flagged and quoted. Nothing gets updated blind.

Why are you dearer than the £79-a-month maintenance companies?

They update plugins and change contact details, usually automated across hundreds of sites, and charge £55 an hour for anything else. Our Care plan does that job too, with a senior developer reading the update logs rather than a script. The Build and Growth plans are the difference: three or seven pieces of real development every month, reviewed and released. If all you need is plugins updated on a brochure site, a cheap maintenance service is the right buy and we’ll say so.

Do you host the site?

Optionally. Most clients stay on their existing host and we work there. If you’d rather have it on our UK servers, managed by us, it’s +£45 a month and moving it is part of Foundation.

My store has subscriptions and a custom checkout. Which plan?

Probably Growth, but we’ll assess it on signup. Platform alone doesn’t decide the price; how much can break does.

Does our code or customer data go to an AI company?

Your code does, to our AI provider, on a business plan that doesn’t use it to train its models.Customer data doesn’t. We build every change in our own development environment, and no customer data is imported into it. Changes reach your staging site for you to review, and only go live once a senior developer has checked them and you’ve approved them.

How does switching from our current developer or agency work?

It happens during Foundation. We need hosting access and your code; if there’s no repository, we create one. We audit the site, set up your staging site, our development copy and the release pipeline, then take over.Your current developer doesn’t need to overlap with us, and nothing changes on the live site until you’ve approved it.

Who covers when your developer is off?

Senior developers we’ve worked with for years cover leave and larger projects. You’re told in advance whenever your usual developer is away.

Can we leave after Foundation?

Yes. The repo, code and accounts are yours. Plans run monthly with one month’s notice, and we hand over configuration and workflow docs during that month. Dev and staging hosting ends with the plan, so we arrange export before then.
